Wir berichteten erst gestern über Apex Legends, dass die Entwickler für das Jahr 2023 Cheatern den Kampf ansagen möchten. So habe man erkannt, dass viele Spieler frustriert sind, dass sie zu oft keine fairen Matches in Apex Legends spielen können. Allerdings ist die Entwicklung solcher Anti-Cheat verfahren aufwendig und langwierig.
Als schnelle Maßnahme hat man daher nun ein neues MatchMaking-System angekündigt. Dass soll zumindest mal unter den fairen Spielern dafür sorgen, dass fairere Matches zur Stande kommen.
Over the holidays, we conducted some @PlayApex matchmaking tests in one region to create more balanced matches. We are seeing promising results as players are able to make more kills (pink line in the graph).

Einen Releasetermin nannte Respawn Entertainment für das Update des neuen MatchMaking-System allerdings noch nicht.
