Die Wildcard Studios suchen nach Wegen um das Gameplay von ARK Survival Evolved vor allem im Versus bereich zu erweitern und es scheint so, als hätte man eine Möglichkeit gefunden. So wurde angekündigt, dass das Spiel die kostenlose Stand Alone Erweiterung „Ark Survival oft he Fittest“ erhalten soll. Die Erweiterung wird als „Free Multiplayer Online Survival Arena“ kurz MOSA erklärt.

Es soll 72 Spieler Matches bieten, die sich ähnlich wie in die Tribute von Panem in einer riesigen Arena bekriegen.
