Völlig überraschend hat mir unser aktivier User Frosch heute die Nachreicht übermittelt, dass Sony seine Online-Sparte „Sony Online Entertainment (SOE)“ verkauft. Gekauft haben soll die Marke „Columbos Nova“, welche die Marke „Sony Online Entertainment“ nun in „Daybreak“ umbenannt haben.

Sony Online Entertainment besteht aus großartigen Marken wie EverQuest, PlanetSide 2, DC Universe Online, H1Z1 und das kommende Everquest Next.

Alle Spiele sollen nun nach und nach für weitere Plattformen verfügbar gemacht werden. Bisher sind die meisten Spiele für PlayStation und PC erhältlich. Ganz klar steht, dass Spiele auch auf Xbox One erscheinen werden.
